Selection Process
The selection process varies by post but generally includes multiple stages to evaluate candidates comprehensively.
Objective MCQ based preliminary screening examination. This is a computer-based test covering various subjects relevant to the post. Note: There is negative marking of 1 mark deducted for each wrong answer.
Written Examination which may include objective and/or descriptive type questions depending on the post applied for.
Candidates shortlisted after the written examination will be called for a personal interview to assess their suitability for the post.
Typing test to verify the typing speed. This is qualifying in nature. Junior Assistant/Accountant must have typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
